The iconic Poltergeist house is occasionally available for film shoots and select event rentals upon request. Please note that this is our home and not a commercial venue. All applications must meet local city guidelines, have insurance certification, and have plans to minimize the impact on neighbors.

GHOST ADVENTURES

On April 16, 2025, the Poltergeist House debuted on the Discovery Channel in Ghost Adventures: Poltergeist Curse (Season 29, Episode 1), exploring the eerie legacy behind the iconic film location, marking the first-ever televised investigation inside the infamous Poltergeist House in Simi Valley, California. Led by Zak Bagans and team.
